Megh-Dhanush explores the rainbow

Nadanta presents Megh-Dhanush — The six seasons of India, a potent symbol of cultural otherness, evolve before our eyes this Saturday inMegh-Dhanush, a performance by Nadanta, Michigan’s leading Asian-Indian dance troupe. Created and choreographed by Chaula Thacker, and centering on the image of the rainbow, this dazzling series of classical, semiclassical, folk and creative dances immerses us in the richly diverse sounds and colors of Indian tradition. Renowned for the beauty and sophistication of its interpretations, Nadanta connects us with ancient notions of nature and life.
